Mercedes Benz C63 AMG New 2012
The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG, once again, leaked onto the Internet
and, this time with more detail – although without the essential
information – than before.
Fortunately, we’ve got you covered – in power, at least. Despite rumors
from the outset declared that the forthcoming C63 AMG could get power
from a twin-turbo 5.5-liter V-8 in the range of 550 bhp, 6.2-liter V-8
should continue to put service in the C63 AMG, dump 457 horses.
The performance will be fast, but beyond that we can only intuit:
0-60 mph in average scale of four seconds, more likely, and a top speed
somewhere near 186 mph if not electronically limited. Limited models
will be held at 155 mph usual.
The sedan is not the only variant of the coming 2012 C63 AMG:
there will be a wagon (estate) and possibly a coupe, so one more Black
Series car we saw in testing.
