Ferlex Chamber Installation

A business relationship starting with our first unit of Ferlex chamber sold in year 1989 to KAYEL Rubber – Prai, Malaysia. This is the starting point of our business fundamental partnering with Ferlex in chamber industry for over two decades. Ferlex in Brazil has managed to achieve an international level of technology in retread sector.

Since year 1989 the first unit of Ferlex chamber sold into Malaysia, now we have been selling more than 100 units of chamber in Asia. Our customers are from several countries, such as Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Yemen, and etc.

In the beginning of the first few years, we faced difficulties along this challenging path, especially in Yemen and Taiwan. At first, customers do not recognize our chamber. After a long time, through our extensive and meticulous work in persuading customers to purchase our chamber, finally customers bought and now are satisfy with our service in improving their quality of products. Now, there are six customers with more than three units of Ferlex Chamber, and one customer with ten units of Ferlex Chambers.

With Ferlex continuous improvement in design and quality, and our focusing on comprehensive services that including training provides, we believe that we can serve our valued customers in the most effective way. As we do believe “Good customer service is all about bringing customers back”.

1st Chamber in Malaysia, 1989

KAYEL RUBBER PRODUCTS S/B

The first two units of Ferlex 10-tyre electrical chamberwas purchased by Kayel Rubber in November 1989, each capable of tyre size ranging from 15″-22.5″.

1st Chamber in Indonesia, 1990

MITRA JAYA VULKANISIR BAN

Mitra Jaya started their retreading business in 1990 in Jakarta, Indonesia. They purchased their first Ferlex 10-tyre electric chamber from Kayel Rubber in 1990.

1st Chamber in Thailand, 1999

SAHASAINEUR LORYANG LTD PART

Sahasaineur started their retreading business in 1992 in Chiang Mai, Thailand. They were the first customer in Thailand to purchase Ferlex 6-tyre chamber.

1st Chamber in Laos, 2000

MOUANE SONE NINHOM CO LTD

Established in year 2000. Mouson purchased their first 6-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera in year 2000.

1st Chamber in China, 2000

PUTIAN SHI ZHEN XING MAO YI

In November 2000, Putian Shi Zhen Xing Mao Yi purchased their first 6-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera for their retreading factory.

1st Chamber in Sri Lanka, 2000

MAHAJANA RETREADS LTD

In August 2000, Mahajana bought their first 6-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera. They were able to produce an estimate of 200 tyres per month.

1st Chamber in Singapore, 2001

ZEN TYRES PTE LTD

Zen Tyres started their factory in Johor in 2001 with an initial investment of 12-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera. In end of year 2002, the factory was relocated to Singapore.

1st Chamber in Myanmar, 2002

BRIDGEMAN PTE LTD

Located in Myanmar, Bridgeman invested a 12-tyre Ferlex chamber in 2002 to retread tyres with the precure retreading system.

1st Chamber in Australia, 2003

ARCTIC COOL TREADS PTE LTD

Located in Australia, Artic Cool Treads purchased their first 23-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera in year 2003.

1st Chamber in Cambodia, 2004

TIGARODA (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD

Tigaroda at Cambodia decided to invest a 22-tyre Ferlex chamber during year 2004 for their retreading production.

1st Chamber in Vietnam, 2005

KIM 8000 CO PTE LTD

Kim 8000 factory was set-up in early 2006 with a complete set of retreading equipment and facilities from Newera, including a 12-tyre Ferlex chamber in Vietnam.

1st Chamber in Yemen, 2006

SANA’S FACTORY

In April 2006, Sana started their factory operation with a complete set of retreading equipment and facilities including a Ferlex 12-tyre chamber purchased from Newera.

ALMAWARY

Located in Yemen, first time purchased a 16-tyre Ferlex chamber from Newera to retread tyres.

1st Chamber in Taiwan, 2012

TAIWAN WONTYRE INCORPORATED

Wontyre started their retreading business more than 20 years. In order to increase the quantity and improve quality of product; Wontyre purchased their first Ferlex 22-tyre chamber from Newera in 2012.
