Accelerated Performance Subaru BRZ runs the quarter-mile in 11.3 seconds [video]
And some say the BRZ/FR-S is slow
With some forced induction, the BRZ/FR-S is already putting down some
massive numbers and seriously fast times. Yes, that’s not what the car
was built for, but it’s already garnered the adulation of the
automotive world for its handling, so why not see what it’s capable of
in a straight line.
How’s this for straight line speed… Accelerated Performance’s BRZ fitted with their turbo system just ran a 11.3 @ 127mph. The car currently puts down 440440WHP / 340WTQ on a DynoJet 224.

Produces 440 hp (328 kW / 446 PS) at the rear wheels.
An Accelerated Performance Subaru BRZ has run the quarter-mile in less than 12 seconds.
During testing at the Milan Dragway, the company was able to get the
car to post an impressive time of 11.3 seconds at 127 mph (204 km/h).
To get these figures, the 2.0-liter boxer engine was equipped with a
turbocharger, an AEM Tru Boost Controller and a high-performance exhaust
system. There's also an upgraded fuel pump, new injectors, an Exedy
clutch and a reprogrammed ECU. Thanks to these modifications, the car
produces 440 hp (328 kW / 446 PS) and 340 lb-ft (460 Nm) of torque - at
the rear wheels.
